You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and / or our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your Personal Information.

No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.


The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Professional Matters and Terms of Client Engagement

Peter Charles, the director of PCL is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants ("CIMA") and as such is subject to and obliged to observe CIMA's Ethics Code and professional standards requirements (the "Laws of CIMA"). The Code of Ethics is available at

Scope of Services: The services which PCL will provide to a client will be those services set out in the terms of engagement letter from PCL. If a client requires any additional services the nature and scope of such additional services together with the additional fees must first be agreed in writing with PCL.

PCL does not provide advice on tax or on a client's actual or potential liability for tax and each client must make separate arrangements to obtain such advice and support.

Client Money

As the bulk of PCL's work is of an advisory nature PCL does not maintain a separate client money bank account and will therefore only accept money remitted to PCL in payment of a PCL invoice and cannot accept money on behalf of any client (any such payment should be made direct to the client).

Conflicts of Interest

By accepting instructions from a client PCL are not prevented from providing services to other clients, however; should any part of the Services give rise to an actual or potential conflict of interests PCL reserves the right to terminate their agreement to provide services to either client by service of notice in writing to that client.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

PCL retain appropriate levels of professional indemnity insurance, details of which are available to clients upon request.


It is of course PCL's intention to provide the Services to each client in a satisfactory manner, but if you are a client and you have any concerns you should contact Peter Charles at 020 8995 1844 who will look in to the matter. If following that you wish to make a formal complaint please send it in writing to Peter Charles at You will receive an initial acknowledgement and if possible a response within 2 working days and where a more detailed enquiry is required you will receive a response within 4 weeks.
